Welcome

For those of you who don't know me I'm James Harris. I will be serving as the Chief Engineer for the Mars Society's 2007 Flashline Mars Arctic Research Station (FMARS) on Devon Island. I'll be updating this blog regularly while on Devon as part of my sabbatical requirements from Austin Community College.

Right now the FMARS 2007 crew is training at the Mars Desert Research Station (MDRS) located near Hanksville, UT. Where until we get to Devon we are MDRS Crew 58. Stay abreast of our training at www.marssociety.com.

Thanks Geo! But just for the record, since this is my "official" blog, it is not The Vault, it is Georgi's Tomb. Also I'm more proud of it than any other work of masonry I've ever done. Even if Georgi won't be burried there.
